How to Apply
Follow these steps to submit your application

Check the admission requirements for your program of interest and ensure you meet the criteria.

Prepare Documents
Gather all required documents including academic certificates, ID, and recommendation letters.

Submit Application
Complete the online application form and upload all required documents.

Pay Application Fee
Pay the non-refundable application fee of KES 1,000 via M-Pesa or bank transfer.

Interview (if required)
Some programs require an interview. You will be contacted if selected.

Receive Decision
Admission decisions are communicated within 2-4 weeks of application deadline.
Admission Requirements
Requirements vary by program level
Undergraduate Programs (BSc)
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with minimum grade of C+
- Mean grade of C+ in relevant subjects (Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Agriculture)
- For mature applicants: minimum of 25 years with relevant work experience
- Two recommendation letters
- Personal statement
Diploma Programs
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with minimum grade of C
- Pass in relevant subjects (Biology, Agriculture, Mathematics)
- Certificate holders with merit may apply for credit transfer
- Recommendation letter from previous institution or employer
Certificate Programs
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with minimum grade of D+
- Basic literacy in English and mathematics
- For farmers: proof of farming activity or land ownership
- Age: Minimum 18 years
Short Courses & Workshops
- Basic literacy in English
- Interest in the subject area
- No formal educational requirements for most courses
- Some courses may have specific prerequisites
