Governance

Ensuring accountability and strategic oversight

Board of Directors
The Board provides strategic guidance, ensures fiduciary responsibility, and oversees the institute's adherence to its mission. The Board meets quarterly and includes representatives from academia, government, the private sector, and farming communities.
Management Committee
The Management Committee, chaired by the Executive Director, meets monthly to coordinate operations, review progress, and address organizational challenges. It includes all department heads and senior administrators.
